Job Overview

Sr. Executive - Tech Crew Roster Plg will manage the planning and day-to-day administration of training for crew. Management of yearly, monthly, and daily system blocking & updation and data analysis for trainings conducted, while ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements pertaining to all crew ground trainings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Planning & executing all applicable ground trainings for crew as per regulatory authorities

  • Ground Training schedule updation on roster line

  • Ensuring rooms and transport has been managed for all training requirements

  • Sharing training schedule with trainees and instructors

  • Generating attendance sheets & certificates for all ground trainings and sharing them with the applicable teams

  • Sharing feedback link with Crew, for trainings conducted

  • Co-ordinating with Security Team for Temp AEP for Aircraft Visit

  • Submission of invoices

  • Preparing the weekly consolidated training completion report

  • Yearly review of Ground Training DPM

  • Updating validity of all the Ground Trainings conducted

  • Preparation of crew e-folders

  • Manage day to day changes in Ground Training as per emerging requirement

  • Transport & accommodation arrangement for GIs

  • Booking of tickets for crew

  • Managing data & data analysis

  • Any other task as assigned by AM Tech crew roster planning


Skills/Attributes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in advanced excel, MS word, MS PowerPoint, and other MS office skills

  • Must be a strategic and analytical thinker

  • Team player

Work Experience

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in aviation industry

  • Experience in data analytics

  • Experience on ARMS any crew tracking system is preferred

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of airline industry experience in manpower planning and crew rostering is preferred

Qualification

  • Graduate from a recognized university
