Refunds and Cancellations

This page explains how cancellations and refunds work for purchases made on AME QUESTION PAPER (www.amequestionpaper.in). Please read it together with our Terms and Conditions. By making a payment on our website, you agree to this policy.

1. What we sell

We sell digital study material for AME students — DGCA module question papers and notes, EASA module question papers and notes, mock tests and related material. Access is given online through Google Drive, shared with the email ID you give us at the time of purchase. No physical product is shipped.

2. Cancellation of orders

• You can cancel your order before Drive access has been shared with your email ID. Write to us at support@amequestionpaper.in with your payment reference, and we will refund the full amount.
• Once Drive access has been shared, the order cannot be cancelled, because the material becomes available to you immediately.

3. When a refund is given

As our material is digital and can be viewed as soon as access is given, we do not offer refunds once access has been shared. A refund will be given only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment – the same order was paid more than once. The extra amount is refunded in full.
• Payment received but access not given – the amount was debited, but we could not share access within 24 hours of payment and are unable to provide it.
• Wrong material shared – you received material for a different module, and we are unable to share the correct material within 7 days of your complaint.

4. When a refund is not given

• Change of mind after access has been shared.
• Access ending after the upcoming regular module exam, as stated in our Terms and Conditions.
• Renewal fees (50% of the current fees) once the renewed access has been shared.
• Access withdrawn because the buyer shared their login details, Drive access or the material with anyone else.
• Problems on the buyer’s side such as device, internet or Google account issues.
• Changes in exam dates, syllabus or results by DGCA, EASA or any other authority.

5. How to request a cancellation or refund

Email support@amequestionpaper.in within 1 hour of payment with the following details:

• Full name and the email ID used for the purchase
• Mobile number
• Payment / transaction reference number, date and amount
• Module or material purchased
• Reason for the request, with a screenshot of the payment where possible

We will reply within 2 hours.

6. Refund processing

• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) through our payment gateway, Cashfree, within 24 hours of approval.
• Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit in your account.
• Refunds are not paid in cash or to any other account.

7. Failed transactions

If money was debited but the payment failed on our website, the amount is normally reversed by your bank automatically within 5–7 working days. If it is not reversed by then, contact us with the transaction details and we will help you follow it up.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
