Welcome to AME QUESTION PAPER (www.amequestionpaper.in), referred to as "we", "us" or "our". These Terms and Conditions apply to everyone who visits this website, uses our mock tests, joins our groups, or buys our paid study material ("you" or "user").

By using this website or making a payment to us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase any material.

1. About our services

We provide preparation support for Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) students, including:

• DGCA and EASA module previous question papers, question banks and study notes;
• online mock tests;
• information on AME reference books, RTR, aviation jobs and aviation news.

Some content is free. Module question papers and notes ("Paid Material") are available only after payment.

2. Paid study material – access rules

• Paid Material is shared through Google Drive, only on the Gmail / email ID you give us at the time of purchase.
• Access is online (view only). Download, print or offline copies are not allowed unless we specifically permit it.
• Access is valid till the upcoming regular DGCA module exam for which you purchased the material.
• After that exam, access ends. To continue, you must renew by paying 50% of the then-current fees for that module.
• Only the person who purchased the material can access it. The email ID given for access cannot be changed later, except in genuine cases at our discretion.
• We keep updating the material as per the latest syllabus and exam trends. The content, folder structure or file format may change during your access period.

4. Payment

• Fees are as shown on the website or as informed by us at the time of purchase. Fees may change at any time; the fee paid at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.
• Payment can be made only through the Cashfree payment gateway on our website. Do not pay to any other person or number claiming to represent us.
• After payment, send the payment screenshot / transaction ID, your name, module name and Gmail ID to us on WhatsApp at +91 7559369412 or by email at support@amequestionpaper.in.
• Access is normally given within 30 minutes of payment confirmation.

5. Refund and cancellation

• Paid Material is a digital product. Once access is given, no refund or cancellation is allowed, including for reasons like not appearing in the exam, exam postponement or change of module.
• Refund will be considered only if:
  • you paid twice for the same material (duplicate payment), or
  • we are unable to give access within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
• Approved refunds will be paid to the original payment source within 24–48 working hours.
• No refund is given where access is removed due to sharing or misuse (Section 3).

6. Copyright and use of content

All content on this website and in the Paid Material – notes, compiled question banks, mock tests, design, logo and text – is owned by AME QUESTION PAPER or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. You may use it only for your own personal study.

You must not:

• republish, copy, reproduce or redistribute our content;
• sell, rent, sub-license or commercially use any material;
• frame or embed our pages on another website without written permission;
• use our name or logo without written permission.

• Job posts are shared for information only. We are not a recruiting agency and we never charge any fee for job information. Please verify every job directly with the employer before applying or paying anyone.
• News articles are based on public sources and are for general information.
• Links to other websites (including reference books) are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, products or policies.

9. Comments and WhatsApp groups

• Comments on the website and messages in our WhatsApp / social media groups are the views of the person posting them, not ours.
• Do not post anything abusive, offensive, misleading, promotional, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. Do not share our Paid Material in any group.
• We may remove any comment or member without notice. By posting, you allow us to display and use your comment or feedback (including results feedback) on our website and social media.

This website uses cookies to run certain features and to understand website traffic. Our advertising or analytics partners may also use cookies. By using the website, you agree to the use of cookies. 11. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website or our material, including exam results, career decisions, or interruption in Google Drive or website access due to technical reasons beyond our control. In any case, our total liability will not be more than the amount you paid for the specific material.

12. Changes, governing law and contact

• We may change these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website means you accept the changes.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
